Job Position: Joinery & Carpentry Foreman Job in UAE – Visa Sponsorship Available!
Company: reaphr
Salary: AED 3500 + Accomodation+Visa+Medical
Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE

So there’s this furniture company in Al Ain that needs a foreman who actually knows what they’re doing with wood. Not someone who just talks a good game—someone who’s been in the workshop, gotten sawdust in their hair, and knows the difference between good work and crap work.

They make custom stuff: wardrobes, kitchen counters, wall panels, full room fit-outs. The kind of projects where if you mess up, everyone can see it.

What You’d Actually Be Doing

  • Taking those architect drawings (you know, the ones that sometimes make no sense) and figuring out how to build what they want
  • Making lists of what wood and materials you need—veneers, laminates, MDF, solid wood, all the bits and pieces
  • Running the machines. CNC routers, edge banders, panel saws. Plus your regular hand tools
  • Being in charge of the crew. Making sure the carpenters, polishers, and installers are doing things right
  • Planning out who does what and when, so stuff actually gets done on time
  • Checking everything before it goes to the client (because nobody wants callbacks)
  • Writing up quick reports for the management folks

Who You Need To Be

Real talk—they need someone who’s done this before and won’t need training on the basics.

  • You’ve been doing joinery and carpentry for 4-5 years, ideally in furniture
  • You can speak English. Doesn’t have to be perfect, just good enough to explain things and understand what’s needed
  • You know your woods, how to join them properly, and how to finish them
  • Technical drawings don’t scare you
  • You’ve actually used CNC machines and edge banders, not just watched YouTube videos about them
  • People listen to you and respect you (without you having to be an ass about it)
  • You can keep track of multiple things happening at once
  • You give a damn about quality. Like, it bothers you when something’s not done right

What They’re Offering

  • AED 3,500 every month
  • A place to live
  • Your visa sorted out
  • Health insurance
