Job Position: Call Center Supervisor Job in UAE with Visa Sponsorship
Company: albacorp
Salary: AED 8,000 – 15,000 AED/month
Location: Dubai, Dubai, UAE
We’re looking for someone to lead our customer service team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be working alongside your team, not managing from a distance.
Call centers have their rhythm—some days everything flows smoothly, other days the volume spikes and customer frustrations run high. We need someone with experience who can stay composed under pressure and help the team navigate those challenging moments
What You’d Actually Do
Running Things
- You’re there watching how things flow. If the queue’s backing up or someone’s struggling with a tough call, you step in
- The really angry customers who want to speak to a manager? Yeah, that’s you
- Checking in with your team regularly. Not the formal “performance review” thing every time—just seeing how they’re doing, what they need help with
- Looking at why calls are taking forever, or why customers seem unhappy lately, then actually trying to fix it
Working With People
- Your team tells you what’s really going on with customers. You explain that to management in a way they’ll understand
- Sometimes you’ve gotta track down someone from IT because the system’s acting weird, or figure out with sales why they told a customer something we can’t deliver
- Quick check-ins with the team each day. Just touching base, nothing heavy
- Trying to make sure work doesn’t suck for everyone. People do better when they don’t hate their job
Keeping Track
- Watching stuff like how long calls run, whether customers are happy, how many problems get solved without needing a callback
- When things start looking bad in the numbers, digging into what’s causing it
- Writing down what’s happening so there’s some record
- Throwing ideas out there for making things work better
Who You Should Be
- You’ve been in call centers for maybe 3 to 5 years, and you’ve supervised a team for at least a year or so
- You can speak Arabic and English properly—not just basics, but like you can actually have real conversations in both
- You’re someone people listen to because they trust you, not because they’re scared of you
- You’ve worked with call center software before. Zendesk, Freshdesk, whatever. You won’t be totally lost
- When someone’s messing up, you can tell them without crushing them
- You can look at a bunch of numbers and understand what story they’re telling
- Got a degree? Great. Don’t have one but you’ve been doing this work? That’s fine too
What’s In It
- Between 8,000 and 15,000 AED each month
- Visa sponsorship
- Medical coverage
- 30 days off each year that you actually get paid for
- Some training opportunities if you want them
