LABOUR CONSULTANT Job Details:
Minimum requirements:
- B.Com Law/LLB or HR related tertiary education essential
- Must own a reliable vehicle
- Willing to travel to clients in the Eastern Cape/national as and when required with stay overs when required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in labour consulting to clients
- Experience must include advising on retrenchment procedures, disciplinary procedures (misconduct, incapacity) etc, chairing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA / Bargaining Council conciliations and arbitrations (representing members), drafting of contracts of employment, sound knowledge of labour legislation
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to sign up new clients and grow the existing client base
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), Afrikaans (spoken) will be advantageous
