GQEBERHA, EASTERN CAPE

MARKET RELATED SALARY, BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Minimum requirements:

• B.Com Law/LLB or HR related tertiary education essential
• Must own a reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel to clients in the Eastern Cape/national as and when required with stay overs when required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in labour consulting to clients
• Experience must include advising on retrenchment procedures, disciplinary procedures (misconduct, incapacity) etc, chairing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA / Bargaining Council conciliations and arbitrations (representing members), drafting of contracts of employment, sound knowledge of labour legislation
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to sign up new clients and grow the existing client base
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), Afrikaans (spoken) will be advantageous
