Job Position: Manufacturing Worker– Full-Time Role in Australia with Visa Sponsorship

Salary: $30 – $40 per hour

We’re after a handy person who’s keen to learn and get stuck in. This suits anyone willing to work hard, whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience under your belt.
If you’ve worked in a workshop or general manufacturing before, great – but it’s not a dealbreaker. We’re more interested in your attitude and work ethic than ticking every box.
What you’ll be doing
- Taking orders and making sure details are right
- Running machines and equipment (we’ll train you on our laser gear)
- Going through different manufacturing steps to create the products
- Quality control – checking work meets our standards
- Working as part of the team to get orders out the door
- General workshop tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- At least Year 10 education completed
- Someone handy who’s willing to learn new skills
- Good work ethic and reliable
- Happy working in a team environment
- Metal fabrication experience would be a bonus but not essential
- Ready to start straight away
