Job Summary:
Reports directly to the General Manager, the role is responsible for planning, organizing, and strategizing the daily operations management to deliver and address clients’ requirements. Ensures efficient and timely execution of needed operational strategies, programs, and plans in support of sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for sales operations and business development delivery for Philippines Agri Commodities Division
- Analysis of the market to identify trends, opportunities, and communication of those opportunities to Operations and Management
- Identify and engage with potential clients, trading houses, industry stakeholders and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities
- Support in the key account management for major customers
- Work closely with global service line and provide sales, marketing, and networking support
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of executing client requirements and communicate user requirements to improve product offerings
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients as a trusted industry consultant
- Organize, manage, and coordinate customer visits, sales operations, and marketing activities
- Supports in the coordination and submission of tender documents, rates, and quotations
Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role in agriculture commodities, inspection, and testing field
- Leader and growth mindset with a can-do attitude
- Self-driven with resilience to achieve sales targets
- Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth
- Knowledge of Philippines global Agri Commodities trade and distribution
- Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
