We’re looking for a receptionist to handle our front desk at JH Group. Basically, you’ll be the person people see first when they walk in, so we need someone who’s friendly and knows how to keep the office organized.

Day-to-Day Stuff You’ll Handle

• Managing the front desk and making sure people feel welcome when they arrive
• Taking calls, checking emails, and sorting through the mail
• Helping out with some tele-sales work and answering customer questions
• Keeping everything documented – files, reports, all that administrative work
• Pitching in to help other departments when they need extra support

Who Should Apply

• You’ve got a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• You’ve worked a reception desk or similar role for about 1-2 years
• You’re good on the phone, handle emails well, and don’t mind doing some sales calls
• You know how to use Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• You can speak Hindi and English comfortably (this helps a lot but isn’t a dealbreaker)

• Your salary starts at AED 2,000 monthly, but there’s room to negotiate based on what you bring to the table
