Your Daily Grind: What the Job Entails
This demanding but rewarding role is central to the farm’s success, focusing primarily on apples and cherries. Your daily tasks will be varied and involve working closely with the crops from growth to harvest:
- Harvesting: Picking row and orchard crops at a fast pace during the critical season.
- Crop Maintenance: Planting, cultivating, and irrigating the orchards. This also includes manually removing suckers and water sprouts.
- Processing: Packing fruits and vegetables and examining the product to ensure quality before it reaches the market.
- Logistics: Assisting with the cutting of agricultural crops and the loading, unloading, and transferring of crates and supplies.
The work environment requires a high level of physical engagement and attention to detail.

Successful candidates are those who thrive outdoors and can maintain a high pace throughout the workday. This is not a sedentary job; you should expect significant physical exertion.
