If you’ve ever wanted to take your culinary skills to one of the most beautiful islands in the world, this is your chance. We’re North Shore Preserve in Princeville, Kauai, and we’re looking for talented Cooks to join us for our upcoming 2026 season (March 15 – December 15).

What’s it like working here?

We aren’t just a resort; we’re a tight-knit “work family.” In our kitchen, your voice actually matters. While we have high standards, we also encourage our cooks to bring new recipe ideas to the Executive Chef. You’ll be working with incredible ingredients and diverse cooking styles to create some pretty unique dining experiences for our members.

What we’re looking for

We need someone who truly loves food and understands the rhythm of a busy kitchen.

• Experience: You’ve got at least a year of experience under your belt in a full-service restaurant or resort.
• The Essentials: You’re comfortable reading and speaking English, and you’re physically up for the challenge—standing for long shifts, lifting up to 40 lbs, and staying energized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Resort life is busy! You’ll need to be available for a mix of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Visa Status: We are specifically looking for folks already in the U.S. on an active H-2B visa who are looking for an extension for the new season.
