Pacific Ag Services is getting ready for the upcoming 2026 season, and we’re looking for 148 hardworking people to join our crew in Pasco.

If you enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind putting in an honest day’s work, we’d love to have you on the team.

What the job looks like

We’re an active orchard, so your days will be busy and the work changes with the seasons. You’ll be helping us:

• Plant & Build: We’ll be putting new trees in the ground, setting up irrigation, and building trellises.
• Grow & Maintain: You’ll be handling the day-to-day care like pruning, weeding, and thinning crops.
• Harvest: When the fruit is ready, you’ll help us pick, sort, and pack everything up for shipping.
• General Upkeep: Sometimes we just need a hand fixing a fence or cleaning up the yard.

Is this a good fit for you?

This is a “boots on the ground” kind of job. Here is what we need from you:

• Experience: You’ve done this before (at least 2 months of farm experience is required).
• Physicality: You’re okay with lifting up to 60 lbs and don’t mind a lot of bending, walking, and repetitive movement.
• Weather: You’re tough enough to handle the Washington weather—from those freezing February mornings to the 100°F heat in the summer.
