Are you a service professional looking for your next seasonal home? North Shore Preserve is looking for Servers to join the Discovery Land Company family here on the beautiful island of Kaua’i.

We’re a high-end private club where the details matter, and we’re looking for people who are passionate about great food, fine wine, and making guests feel right at home.

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

This isn’t just about taking orders; it’s about creating an experience. You’ll be:

• Connecting with Members: Getting to know our guests, explaining the menu, and suggesting the perfect drink pairings.
• Running the Show: Taking orders accurately, managing allergies/special requests, and staying on top of the POS system.
• The “Clean Team”: We all pitch in to keep the place looking sharp—sweeping, wiping tables, and making sure the station is stocked and sanitary.
• Being a Pro: Working closely with the kitchen to make sure every plate comes out perfect and every guest leaves happy.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: You’ve spent at least 6 months serving in a fine-dining or high-volume setting (resorts or private clubs are a big plus).
• Knowledge: You know your wines and beverages, and you understand food safety (we’ll even help you get your County Food Handlers Card).
• Energy: You’re ready for a fast-paced environment. You’ll be on your feet for 8+ hour shifts, moving between indoor and outdoor dining areas, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility: We need people who can work a mix of breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays.
