Hey everyone! If you love the mountains and want to spend your winter working at a beautiful resort, we have a great opportunity for you. Snowshoe Mountain is looking for 70 Room Attendants to join our housekeeping family for the upcoming winter season.

Whether you are looking for a solid seasonal job or you are already in the US on an H-2B visa and need an in-country extension, we would love to have you on board!

The Basics:

• Where: Snowshoe, West Virginia
• When: October 30, 2026, to April 30, 2027 (6-month seasonal contract)
• Pay: $15.26 to $19.00/hour (Based on your experience and merit)
• Overtime: Available at $22.89 to $28.50/hour
• Hours: Safe, steady 35 hours a week

What the Job Looks Like

Our guests come here to make lifelong memories, and our housekeeping team is the backbone of that experience. Your main goal will be keeping our rooms, suites, and common areas looking spotless, welcoming, and cozy. On a normal day, you’ll be:

• Vacuuming, dusting, washing windows, and refreshing linens and towels.
• Deep cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms so they are sparkling.
• Helping with laundry—loading washers with comforters, folding dried items, and sorting linens.
• Moving furniture around occasionally, turning mattresses, or using shampooers to keep the carpets looking brand new.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: You should have at least 3 months of housekeeping or room attendant experience, ideally at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
• Physical Fitness: You will be active and moving all day, so you need to be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
• The Schedule: Resort life is busy! We operate 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Shifts run between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, so you’ll need a flexible schedule to cover mornings, days, or evenings.
• Background Check: All hired employees will need to pass a standard criminal background check.

• On-the-Job Training: While you need a little bit of experience, we will fully train you on our resort standards and setups.
• Visa Fees Covered: If you are joining us on an H-2B visa, we will fully reimburse all your government-mandated visa and border-crossing fees in your very first paycheck.
• Travel Costs: If you finish 50% of the season, we pay for your travel here. Finish the whole contract, and we’ll cover your travel back home.
