We are looking for 170 dependable, experienced drivers to join us in Monticello, AR, for a busy upcoming season. If you have experience on a multi-operation farm and feel right at home behind the wheel of a large tractor, we’d love to have you on board.

Season Dates: January 15, 2026 – November 14, 2026 Pay: $13.40 per hour (42 hours per week)

What the Work Looks Like

This isn’t just one type of job; you’ll be helping us across several different areas of the farm. Your day-to-day might include:

• Row & Forage Crops: Operating tillage and cutting equipment for hay and straw, hauling bales, and driving machinery to plant and harvest corn, wheat, and soybeans.
• Fruit & Veggie Production: Tilling soil, laying plastic, and helping with the harvest—everything from grading and sorting to packing vegetables into crates.
• Livestock Support: Helping out with our cattle (feeding, watering, and rotational grazing) and poultry (gathering eggs, moving birds, and maintaining the houses).
• General Farm Upkeep: When you aren’t in the tractor, you’ll help keep the farm running by repairing fences, painting barns, and performing basic maintenance on the equipment.

What We Need From You

• Experience: You need at least 3 months of verifiable experience working on a multi-operation farm. You should be very comfortable operating large tractors and attaching implements like plows, discs, and drills.
• Physical Strength: This is a full-time, hands-on role. You’ll need to be physically fit and ready for the demands of farm life.
• Safety First: We take safety seriously. You’ll be expected to follow all work and safety rules. Please note that we may conduct a post-hire drug test (at our expense) to keep everyone safe and stay in compliance with our insurance.
