We are looking for someone just like you!

The RCMP will train and hire candidates that are reflective of Canada’s diversity.

The RCMP offers an exceptional career. Our members make a real difference in local communities and on the national and international stage. No other police service in Canada can offer the kinds of jobs we have because the RCMP has a very broad mandate.

Successful applicants join us for 26 weeks of training at the RCMP Training Academy in Regina, Saskatchewan.
You will receive a cadet recruitment allowance of $525/week, free room and board, uniforms, training tools and courses, health insurance and travel to and from Regina.

Mobility is not mandatory and we encourage you to explore our great country.
Where you want to serve matters and we will consider your request when your final posting decision is made. We will post you to a Division of your choice as long as there is space.

When you graduate from training, in addition to our benefits package, the base rate of pay for Regular Member Constables starts at $65,776 with the potential of $106,576 within 3 years.
