Job Description
Support Senior Canada Leadership with driving and managing various operational needs for the organization, as well as identify and support integration efforts between the North America Commercial operations organization and the Canadian market.
Your role:
To ensure adherence to all Philips sales and booking policies, forecasting, territory management, analytics and reporting needs, contract fulfillment, and preparation/measurement of key analytics for a Business Line.
Work cross-functionally across the business to identify, develop, and advance solutions that will simplify projects involving Commercial Operations while enhancing productivity, leadership visibility to key initiatives/KPIs, and process improvement. Build relationships with key players to pinpoint and seize company needs and opportunities, while promoting order management and processing alignment to meet and surpass Canadian market standards.
Support Canada-specific operational tasks for the Order-in-Take and Revenue Strategy, Sales Commissions, and Contracts Commercial Operations teams, while supporting innovation in terms of bettering systems, processes, and technology, and while being mindful of operational problems/challenges. As a change agent, you will make suggestions for accelerating transformation and take the lead in creating, implementing, and assessing crucial operational KPIs.
Drive outcomes via partnership, influence, and indirect leadership for Canada sales. Manage sales dashboards and own the planning/forecasting/order intake/revenue process (rollup and report out) to include providing business leaders with important operational measure analysis, inventory reporting and improvement suggestions using Lean methods to identify gaps, and partner with the Sales Excellence Leader to create plans to fill them.
You’re the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations including Sales/Revenue Operations.
Your skills include significant Operations and Commercial Operations insight with the ability to understand, interpret, and present complex data to a senior management level audience. Additionally, you have working knowledge of Salesforce (required), SAP (a plus), reporting, analytics, and solid Excel skills.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree (required); MBA, a plus!
You’re an excellent communicator, results oriented, energetic with track record of problem-solving, continuous improvement with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed atmosphere, have a flexible work style, a creative mind, and the ability to leverage your technical skills to report, and provide analytics.
