Job Description:
- Identify Key Accounts and Projects and develop detailed Action Plans for Key Accounts Management
- Establish appropriate sales and Go-To-Market strategies
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; appointment setting; presentation of company services-preparation of proposal, follow up and negotiation; obtaining the contract and handover to Operations Team
- Responsible for marketing actions
- Put in place a highly efficient Rice Commodity market information and industry intelligence system
- Identify business opportunities including following up on new or ongoing projects
- Responsible to comply the local legal and other requirements as applicable and follow the group HSE policies, procedures, requirements, etc.
Job Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience in selling commercial services in a National or Regional scope
- Experience gained and strong network from the rice commodity industries is an advantage or preferred
- Demonstrated skills in business development
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strategic and innovative thinking skills
- Project management, organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for business unit
