Rise Early Learning are proud to privately own and operate apremium Early Childhood Education and Care service at the Bloomfield Health Precinct, Orange. We have used our combined personal and professional experience in the sector to design a service which offers spaces for children, families and Educators to develop trusting relationships and foster a sense of community.

Salary range is between $65,000 – $74,000 plus Superannuation.

What We Are Looking For:

- Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with fellow Early Childhood professionals, families, children and the wider community
- Keen interest in the RIE approach
- Capacity to implement our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Passionate and dedicated professional who enjoys educational programs in Early Childhood and is willing to grow with the service.
Required Certifications:
- An ACECQA approved Certificate III, Diploma of Children’s Services or recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree (or working towards a relevant qualification)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
