What You’ll Do

Connect with clients through telehealth or in-person visits to build trust and engagement.
Support mental health goals by helping clients create and follow a personalized care plan.
Coordinate services between clients, providers, and state agencies to ensure seamless care.
Complete assessments to understand client needs and develop effective support strategies.
Provide resources and guidance to help clients improve their quality of life.

What You’ll Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (psychology preferred).
Experience: 1–2 years in human services or mental health is ideal.
