Job Position: General Farm Worker

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated General Farm Worker to join our agricultural team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various farm tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.

Responsibilities:

1. Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
2. Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
3. Feeding and caring for livestock
4. Assisting with irrigation and fertilization of crops
5. Cleaning and maintaining farm buildings and equipment
6. Assisting with general farm maintenance tasks as needed

General Farm Worker Requirements:

1. Previous experience in farming or agriculture preferred but not required
2. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
3. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
4. Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
5. Strong work ethic and team player mentality
6. Flexibility to work irregular hours during peak seasons
