Cattle Station hand / Farm hand
Palgrove is a leading Australian integrated seed stock and commercial cattle business with a history spanning over 50 years.
There is currently an opportunity for a station/farm hand to join a motivated team for our large-scale livestock production and fodder cropping property at Macintyre Station, 30kms north of Inverell, NSW.
Duties
- Cattle handling and husbandry
- Mustering (using motorbikes, horses and dogs)
- Operate general farm machinery including Loader, Trucks & Tractors
- General farm maintenance including fencing and water management
To be considered for the role you must:
- Previous cattle handling and farm experience
- Ability to operate a range of farm machinery
- Australian Driver’s Licence, HC truck licence would be an advantage
- Have a commitment to safe work practices and animal welfare
- The position offered will be full-time.
