CASUAL FARM ASSISTANT AT MOSQUITO HILL
The small ranch 3 miles from Compass Mountain needs an experienced farm assistant.
20-25 hours per week with competitive hourly wages and excellent working conditions and the use of quality machinery.
Must have experience in all aspects of animal husbandry, in addition, applicants must be willing to work on a variety of different farm jobs such as fence maintenance, pasture spraying, seeding and equipment cleaning. This is a reel for all-rounders, and every day is different.
Experience in agricultural machinery work is preferred.
Ideal for retired farmers, retired farm managers, or those looking for part-time work in the Fleurieu Peninsula region.
Opportunity to take up full-time farm management roles for suitable candidates over the next 18 months to 2 years.
High attention to detail, professional performance, clean and hardworking applicants, and must be able to provide agricultural industry references within the past 2 years.
The 6-week trial period will apply.
