Job Description As a CAD Technician at Planitar Inc., you will play a pivotal role in creating immersive floor plans and sketches using cutting-edge software, including Planitar’s proprietary tool, Draft, and Verisk’s Xactimate. Employment type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift (6AM-3PM, 7AM-4PM) Work Setup: Onsite in Angeles, Pampanga What do you need to succeed A degree or diploma in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Experience with CAD tools and software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Xactimate, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace. The ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Advanced computer navigation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Exceptional organizational skills, including task prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management. Keen attention to detail. What awaits you in this role Creating iGUIDE Floor Plans for Residential, Commercial & Insurance Restoration Clients. Generating ESX Floor Plan Sketches for Insurance Restoration Claims Clients. Developing DWG Floor Plans for Architecture, Construction & Engineering Clients. Addressing and reporting any production issues to the iGUIDE Drafting Team Leader. Active participation in cross-functional, continuous improvement initiatives. Completing various tasks beyond drafting, such as AI annotations, marketing research, and case studies.
