What Your Days Might Look Like
- Keeping an eye on your team’s daily workflow and offering help where needed
- Distributing tasks and making sure the workload is fair and balanced
- Creating simple, clear daily reports to help management stay in the loop
- Tracking how each project is doing and updating the team regularly
- Stepping in to handle tough customer situations with professionalism and care
- Working with other departments to solve problems that affect customers
- Supporting the Contact Center Manager with plans, new ideas, and goals
- Coaching team members, giving feedback, and celebrating their wins
- Taking a few calls, emails, or chats yourself — because you’re part of the team, too
- Pitching in wherever you’re needed — because that’s how great teams work
What We’re Hoping You Bring
- A degree in something relevant (or a lot of experience that speaks for itself)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- You speak and write both Arabic and English comfortably
- You’re warm, approachable, and people naturally feel like they can talk to you
- You know how to lead without ego — and guide without micromanaging
- You’re organized, but not rigid. Focused, but flexible.
- You know your way around Microsoft Office tools
- You’re good at solving problems — not just quickly, but kindly
- You’re okay with change. Actually, you kind of thrive in it.
