The Treendale farm hotel is seeking an experienced cook or chef to assist the head chef in the kitchen.

The Position:

The Treendale farm hotel is seeking an experienced cook or chef to assist the head chef in the kitchen.

• The applicant must have at least 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Cert III in Commercial Cookery (preferred).
• A pro-active, positive and energetic attitude.
• Passion for preparing and cooking high quality foods.
• Ability to work in high volume restaurant.

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Maintaining superior product standards
• Reducing food wastage
• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness
• Adhering to food hygiene standards
• Daily kitchen operations and preparation
