Position Overview:

Currently, we’re on the lookout for a devoted and dynamic Childcare Centre Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enriching the daily operations of our center. The ideal candidate will champion a nurturing and engaging environment while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide robust leadership and guidance to our team of passionate educators and support staff.
• Cultivate a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning atmosphere for children.
• Design and implement innovative curriculum programs fostering holistic child development.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and families, promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Manage administrative duties such as budgets, enrollment, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining exemplary health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar leadership capacity within a childcare setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with and dedication to the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and WWCC (or the ability to obtain them).

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
