We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who’s creative, curious, and just as comfortable in a brainstorming session as they are diving into analytics. If you know how to turn clicks into connections and strategy into storytelling, this could be your perfect role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping all of our digital spaces — from the website to social media — fresh, engaging, and totally on-brand for Hyundai and Genesis
- Guiding our external creative agency to make sure every visual, post, or campaign fits the brand’s identity and speaks with purpose
- Running digital marketing campaigns that don’t just “go live,” but actually perform — across web, social, email, and more
- Setting up and managing SEO, conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking — so we know what’s working and where to grow
- Looking at campaign numbers daily (CPLs, CTRs, conversions) and translating that data into insights
- Owning our social media presence — building a real connection with our audience through content, consistency, and conversation
- Writing and editing content that fits our tone, reflects our values, and gets noticed (for the right reasons)
- Keeping an eye on digital trends, audience behavior, and what’s next in marketing
- Understanding the customer journey — and helping smooth out the bumps that get in the way of conversion
- Creating simple, insightful reports that help the team understand what’s working and where we can do better
What You Bring With You
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing — or a similar field that makes you great at what you do
- Official certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Solid experience working with Google Analytics, website CMS platforms, and basic SEO tools
- Previous time spent at a digital media agency is a plus (but not a deal breaker!)
- Comfort with social media management — not just scheduling, but creating stories people want to follow
- Clear writing skills and a good eye for detail
- Analytical thinking, paired with creative intuition
- Good tech skills (Microsoft Office, online research, digital tools)
