Salary: $6,061 USD tax free per month plus benefits

An international leading cruise liner company who operates dozens of destinations worldwide are looking for a Food Operations Manager to join their team on board!

About The Role:

Oversee the organization, planning, administration, and day to day running of the Food Operations Department
Maximize the efficiency of food operations staff through effective scheduling, communication, and training
Monitor food & supply financial plans
Oversees the largest department onboard and liaise with the Executive Chef & Storeroom manager
Monitor revenue generation within the department & formulate strategies to boost growth to meet targets
Always adheres to brand standards
Co ordinate with several department managers on board on planning & inventory needs

The Ideal Candidate:

An Associate Degree or bachelor’s degree in hotel management or equivalent
A minimum of 3-5 years’ management experience on a large cruise ship or multi-venue, high volume, luxury hotel or resort is MANDATORY
Must have strong and effective leadership skills
Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and respond calmly in an ever-changing environment
Someone that can build and maintain good relationships with various departments
