Want to train at one of the best hotels in America? We’re talking about The Broadmoor—a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond resort nestled in the Rocky Mountains. It’s the real deal.

You’ll rotate through Front Desk, Reservations, and Concierge, learning how a luxury resort actually runs. Plus, you’ll be living in Colorado Springs with incredible mountain views and tons of outdoor activities right at your doorstep—hiking, skiing, you name it.

American Journey Cultural Exchange (AJ1) will sponsor your J-1 visa. We’ve been helping international hospitality students and professionals come to the U.S. for over 25 years, so we know the ropes.

What you’ll get

  • $2,500–$2,600 per month ($14–$16/hour, 40 hours a week)
  • Free meal every shift
  • Uniforms provided and cleaned for you
  • Free housing for your first 30 days, then we’ll help you find a place (you’ll cover rent and deposits after that)

What you’ll learn

  • How to handle guest requests, solve problems on the spot, and communicate with people from all over the world
  • Hotel software systems—reservation platforms, property management tools, all that stuff
  • Leadership and management skills through hands-on training and mentorship
  • What it takes to run smooth operations at a high-end property

Who should apply

  • Must be a non-U.S. citizen (this program is only for international applicants)
  • Students or recent grads in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or similar fields from schools outside the U.S.—or people with actual hotel experience
