What you’ll do :
– Take ownership of all business analytics needs for the retail sales function and aid create and maintain required dashboards and ad hoc reports for sales leadership
– Own and MIS of the sales and supplier side of business and continuously provide leadership with actionable inputs to drive portfolio and profitability goals forwards.
– Aid in preparation, execution, designing and tracking of offers and promotions on the platform
– Manage sales incentive calculations, provide periodic MIS on sprint achievements etc.
What we are looking for
– 3-6 years of work experience in business analysis/MIS roles
– Proficiency with SQL/python, MS excel and other data analysis tools
– Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with numbers
– Ability to work cross functional and problem solve on the go
– Team player with strong interpersonal skills
