We recently gave our entire property a fresh new look! Each guest room now features the perfect mix of modern comfort and timeless French Quarter style, complete with those stunning wrought iron balconies that New Orleans is famous for. Our public spaces are bursting with color and local artwork that celebrate the incredible culture and energy of this city.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our beautiful hotel in top shape. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Keep linen closets well-stocked and organized
• Collect linens and empty trash from guest floors regularly throughout your shift
• Maintain clean and organized chute rooms
• Clear meal trays from hallways
• Keep guest floor corridors spotless
• Clean areas around vending machines
• Assist with moving furniture when needed
• Respond quickly to guest requests with friendly service
• Follow our standard procedures for handling and delivering linens
• Help out with other tasks as the management team needs
• Keep all work areas clean, dry, and safe

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

• Takes pride in delivering excellent, four-diamond level service
• Works well with management and can help with special projects
• Thrives in a busy, energetic environment
• Presents themselves professionally and maintains a positive attitude
• Can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (these are our busiest times!)
• Must be an H2B visa holder

Physical Requirements

• This role is active and physical, so you should be comfortable:
• Performing repetitive movements as part of your daily tasks
• Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items weighing up to 100 pounds on your own
• Standing and walking for your entire shift
