• Financial Acumen: Understands kitchen budgets and cost control, including wages and COGS.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experienced Chefs: Minimum five years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Organized and Efficient: Ability to manage a section in the service kitchen during peak hours.
• Clean and Calm: Commitment to thorough kitchen cleaning at the end of each service.
• Flexibility: Able to work between both venues when requested.
