Job Description: Affiliate and Agent Manager We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Affiliate and Agent Manager to join our team in the rapidly growing gaming industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in poker, P2P casino games, sports betting, esports, and horse racing, with an in-depth understanding of the industry. This role requires an individual who possesses a proven track record in establishing and maintaining partnerships, as well as leveraging personal contacts and an extensive database. It is important to note that we are specifically interested in candidates who have experience with revenue-sharing (Revshare) models rather than Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate and agent network within the poker, P2P casino, sports betting, esports, horse racing, and lottery sectors. Identify and engage potential affiliates and agents to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Leverage existing industry contacts and database to accelerate partnership growth. Negotiate and manage Revshare deals with affiliates, ensuring sustainable and profitable collaborations. Foster strong relationships with affiliates and agents, providing them with the necessary tools and support to maximize their performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing materials and promotional efforts. Monitor and analyze affiliate and agent performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in affiliate and agent management within the poker, P2P casino, sports betting, esports, horse racing, and lottery sectors. Strong network of contacts and a well-established database in the gaming industry. In-depth understanding of revenue-sharing (Revshare) models and their implementation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions. Interview Requirements: Candidates who are selected for an interview must come prepared with the following: A comprehensive portfolio highlighting past affiliate and agent management experience within the specified sectors. Documentation of successful Revshare deals and partnerships, emphasizing revenue growth and sustained performance. Demonstrable knowledge of the gaming industry, including trends and challenges.
