Assistant Plant Manager (Food Industry) Job Details:
Experienced Food Production and Feed Mill professional wanted! Our client is a national feed manufacturer and they are expanding to provide better service to their farmers! The right person for this position will be able to help lead a feed mill team and oversee all of the day-to-day production as well as the P&L and budgets. Position Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 3+ Years of Feed Milling or Food Production experience; Assistant Manager or Supervisor role is highly desired
- Assist in the day-to-day management of production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
- Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
- Write and implement company SOPs
- B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science is preferred
- Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary between $80,000-$90,000 DOE + Bonus
