Overview of the Role
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting and executing the digital marketing strategies and projects for all the brands/portfolios within the Strategic Business Development department.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER:
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in executing the digital marketing activities of the different brands, while ensuring alignment with business unit objectives;
- Work closely with external agencies on briefing, creating and reviewing all aspects of our CRM program (email newsletters) in addition to content on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube) and influencer campaigns;
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of the deployed initiatives;
- Collaborate with Marketing teams and IT on all website projects, participating actively in design changes, content updates and optimizations;
- Act as a gatekeeper for all digital and social brand objectives and suggest optimizations for maximizing efficiencies across all brands;
- Compile and analyze reports on various digital activities (i.e. monthly GA4 reports);
- Identify opportunities for implementing best practices/improvements on our digital channels;
- Prepare and deliver occasional presentations;
- Capture and track expenses within the Digital Marketing budget;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS
- University diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related discipline;
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, with a strong aptitude for web, CRM and social media;
- Understanding of social media platforms, including best practices, functionalities and reporting tools; these platforms include but are not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube;
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and external agencies;
- Knowledge of GA4 / Sitecore / SEM & SEO an asset;
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is essential, as the associate will be called upon to serve customers by e-mail and telephone, both in Quebec and in the rest of Canada
- High attention to detail, organizational skills and autonomy;
- Able to manage priorities and manage multiple projects at one time while meeting tight deadlines;
- Presentation skills;
- Self-motivated team player, comfortable with learning new technologies and adapting to changes in the digital ecosystem.
