Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, plows, and harvesters.
• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
• Care for livestock, including feeding, health monitoring, and record-keeping.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment.
• Implement sustainable farming practices to optimize crop and livestock production.
• Collaborate with the farm team to plan and execute daily operations.
• Ensure the farm’s cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in seasonal tasks, such as irrigation and pest control.
• Monitor and report any issues affecting crop or livestock health.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Suitable certification or relevant experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in broadacre or mixed farming – preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair farm equipment.
• Strong passion for agriculture and a genuine commitment to sustainable farming practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
