Bulk Plant Facility Technician Job Details:
As a Bulk Plant Facility Technician, you will ensure the safe and reliable operation of the Irving Energy Bulk Plants. Your goal will be to supply infrastructure through proper monitoring, maintenance and projects of the Manned/Unmanned Bulk Plants, Vacant Properties, Large Commercial Properties, and associated equipment across the Bulk Plant network. Your success will depend on your ability to oversee the general and detailed maintenance of our facilities and the safety of its occupants.

Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of all Bulk Plants and Commercial sites within the Bulk Plant network and address Bulk Plant/Commercial facility issues promptly and escalate as required
- Assess the severity of emergency situations and implement appropriate responses
- Oversee the proper and safe maintenance/project management of all Bulk Plants/Commerical Properties
- Collaborate with Irving Energy Technicians and Drivers to provide additional support
- Conduct site inspections at all Bulk Plants and Large Commercial facilities and ensure the safe and efficient operation of Bulk Plant facilities including all Manned, Unmanned and Large Commercial facilities
- Perform all required preventative, routine/required maintenance on all equipment in the Bulk Plant network
- Assist with Project Management activities and with Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all personnel at Bulk Plants facilities conduct themselves in accordance with Irving Energy safe work practices
- Follow all Irving Energy safe work practices, operating procedures, and emergency procedures
Your Skills:
- Inter-Provincial Red Seal
- G1 Gas Ticket w/ Liquid Endorsement
- Extensive maintenance experience
- Proven leadership and problem solving
- Self-Starter and motivator
Your Experience:
- Post-Secondary Education. Preference will be given to applicants with education and/or experience with electrical, instrumentation, mechanical or power engineering and pipe/gas fitting
- 5-10 years of applicable maintenance/operations experience
