Corporate Tax Lead

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Corporate Tax Lead to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Perform sox controls tax functions.
• Lead and review work of team members on in-direct tax compliance, and review postings of journal entries into the general ledger
• Review and analyze data for provisions and tax compliance.
• Research and provide recommendations for proper tax compliance and reporting of transactions.
• Work with the financial team to develop estimates of the tax impact for the corporate forecasting and taxable income.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting)
• 5 years of income tax provision experience or public accounting experience
• Experience with U.S. tax laws
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal tax provisions and compliance
• Energy Income tax experience preferred.
• CPA is a plus
