Annual production of 630 million seedlings makes PRT/IFCO the largest producer of forest seedlings in North America. We operate 5 bareroot nurseries across the South and 23 containerized operations.

With your help, PRT has grown over 4 BILLION forest seedlings and we are only looking to add to that number with more help from you! We are currently recruiting seasonal Forest Nursery Crew Leaders to assist with our upcoming harvest of tree seedlings for reforestation across North America.

Paid training provided at $18.75 hour
Flexible work shifts starting 7am – 3:30pm to start, then 8am – 4:30pm for harvest

Qualifications

What you need for a position with PRT:

Able to translate complex instructions to Spanish-speaking crew and vice versa. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Supervisory experience preferred with demonstrated leadership ability
Must be a US citizen or able to work legally in the US.
Must be able to work outside during inclement weather, lift 50 pounds, and perform repetitive movements.

Energetic and pays attention to detail
Positive attitude and a team player
Work is meticulous and physically demanding; ability to stand for lengthy periods of time, walking, repetitive lifting, (light to medium weight objects), and performing repetitive movements
Appropriate clothing required; Indoor and outdoor work, must be able to work in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation is essential
