Daytime Accommodation Assistant
Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an Accommodation Assistant for a private shared living space in South Co. Dublin. This position would suit an experienced accommodation assistant who is currently working in a 4 or 5 star Hotel and would like to move away from shift work and weekend work. This is a full time permanent, Monday to Friday position.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a high standard throughout all private living spaces and public areas
- Ensuring living spaces are cleaned to a very high standard.
- Attending management meetings on an ongoing basis to ensure service standards are delivered
- Assisting with any queries or issues that residents may have
- Refreshing toiletries and towels for each living space as required
- Recommend service improvements to management
- Managing stock for the housekeeping department
- Logging any repairs needed with the maintenance team
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed throughout the building
Requirements
- Previous experience essential
- At least 4 years housekeeping experience in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel
- Self-starter who is well organised and has great attention to detail
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Must be available to work in Ireland full time with no restrictions
