Fruit Picking Jobs in New South Wales Description:

We are looking for energetic and hardworking individuals to join our team of fruit pickers in New South Wales. You will be responsible for picking, sorting, and packing a variety of fruits, including apples, oranges, lemons, and other citrus fruit. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow all safety protocols while picking, sorting and packing fruits
2. Load picked fruits into crates or boxes for transport
3. Maintain good hygiene practices at all times
4. Inspect fruit for quality before bagging or boxing
5. Proactively identify any damaged or rotten fruits
6. Adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements
7. Ensure that all fruits are sorted efficiently according to size and weight
8. Provide feedback on fruit quality to the supervisors

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Ability to stand for long periods of time while picking fruit
3. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs of weight
4. Excellent hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity required
5. Attention to detail
