Hourly rate is negotiable depending on your skills, experience and personal attributes and accommodation (4×2 house) and work vehicle will be provided along with running costs. About The Role:
- Machinery operation including air seeder, boomspray, header etc;
- Undertake machinery repairs and maintenance;
- General farm duties as required;
- Start date: August 2024;
- Size of team 3-4;
About You:
- Must have a good attitude and be flexible in your approach to work tasks assigned;
- Previous broadacre machinery or similar operating experience;
- Strong mechanical aptitude;
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for working within Agriculture/ Farm environment;
- Previous experience within a similar role / farming background highly regarded;
- Trade qualification would be considered highly advantageous, however is not essential;
- Family orientated and looking for a long term farming role;
- C-Manual license essential, HR is desirable;
