About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and capable person to join our team at Guyra, Northern NSW (near the city of Armidale). Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the role is responsible for recruitment and onboarding activities across two production sites, employing over 750 workers. This role will suit a self-driven candidate with a recruitment background, seeking a role in a fast-paced environment with career progression opportunities.
About you:
You are an experienced and energetic professional with:
- A commitment to providing outstanding recruitment support to drive business performance underpinned by a sound knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment practices.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced business environment that requires a high level of responsiveness, flexibility and initiative.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and schedule work to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- The ability to build strong relationships and engage positively with other team members and key stakeholders in a diverse working environment.
- Good IT skills including use of in-house software.
- A commitment to the values of the business, contributing to an inclusive working environment where differences are acknowledged and respected.
