High-end residential builder and developer
One off luxury home build in the Eastern Suburbs
Finishes expert required

Our client is a well-known apartment builder and developer with a current luxury home project based in the Eastern suburbs. They have reached a critical part of the project and as such require an experienced finishes leading hand / sub-foreman to see the project through to completion (Approx: 18 months)

This role will commence ASAP and run for 18 months on this site before moving to a larger CBD-based apartment development project.

To be considered for this role

Ideally, trade qualified with an excellent eye for detail
Extensive finishes experience within the residential or hospitality space
The ability to work autonomously
Computer literate
Ability to coordinate multiple finishes trades

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a uber-high-end project with a view to moving onto a large-scale residential development. You will have the benefit of being mentored by a highly experienced site manager.
