Job Description

• Responsible for supervising employees in production and sanitation departments.
• Responsible for the development and training of union/non-union employees working within the guidelines of the union contract and company policies.
• Responsible for quick and timely feedback on all exceptions in regard to customer service, efficiency, inventory control, cost and safety.
• Administer and ensure that Safety Orientations and Safety Meetings are held as required to minimize frequency and severity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing and must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to use spreadsheets and perform calculations.
• Must have good mathematical background to be able to perform calculations on efficiencies, cost, budgeting and other related reports.
• Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Must be able to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
