Agile experience preferred:

Lead in the execution and release of minimum viable products to help increase productivity and collaboration across FCC.

What you’ll do:

• Create and maintain a transparent backlog of stories
• Prioritize the backlog for maximum value to FCC
• Define strategic and maintenance work
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify priorities
• Coach the team in improving Agile methodology

What we’re looking for:

• Organized multi-tasker who can easily shift focus in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests while staying organized and composed
• Strong communicator able to effectively deliver priority messaging to staff
• Proven relationship-builder comfortable interacting and negotiating at all levels

What you’ll need:

• A degree in computer science or administration and at least eight years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience);
• Product Owner certification is an asset
• Experience working in an Agile environment
