As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the organisation, planning and E2E delivery of change projects, either as standalone initiatives or as workstreams within a broader programme. You will typically lead one or more change projects in parallel, driving the delivery of the company’s broad and ambitious strategic change agenda at pace whilst maintaining effective governance and control.
In your first few weeks in this Project Coordinator role, you can expect to:
- Partner with senior business leaders to define and agree on delivery scope, requirements and key success criteria for change
- Mobilise project delivery organisation – establish governance framework and workstream structure, define roles, and secure stakeholder buy-in and resource commitment
- Drive definition and baselining of requirements, establish effective change control
- Lead the development of detailed project delivery plans, ensuring full-scope coverage.
You will need at least 3 years of experience leading complex projects and smaller-scale programmes to apply for this role. You will also require the following:
- Good experience in change management disciplines and methodologies, such as Prince II, Six Sigma, Agile, and PMP
- Direct experience in external mergers and acquisitions (separation and integration management)
- A background in financial services – fund administration, banking, custody, depositary, ManCo, and Corporate Services
- Experience in Technology change.
