Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager – General Insurance to join our team at White Horse Insurance Broker Private Limited in Bhatinda, Punjab, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our insurance products, including Motor, Health, Personal Accident, Home, Travel, Fire, Liability, and Business Risk Insurance. This is a full-time position and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or insurance
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to understand and analyze client requirements
  • Good knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and agents and identify their insurance needs
  • Provide professional insurance advice to agents & clients and recommend suitable policies.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers and agents.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations for agents.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Provide excellent agent & customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market developments
