What will you be doing?
Your role will be to assist in the maintaining, testing, and repairing of diesel motors and the mechanical parts of buses, parts of trucks, and other heavy vehicles such as suspension, transmissions, steering, and brakes.
What does the job involve?
You will undertake a variety of tasks, including:
- Servicing a wide range of heavy commercial equipment including involved oil changes, preventative maintenance, and repairing faults
- Diagnosing, testing, and repairing parts with the assistance of computers
- Breakdown work including being on call
