Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly? Big Sky Resort is looking for hardworking and dependable Kitchen Stewards to join our culinary crew this summer. If you’re ready for a fast-paced role in a beautiful mountain setting, we’d love to have you on our team!
Your Daily Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen operations. Here’s what your role will include:
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and utensils
- Keeping the kitchen clean—sweeping, mopping, scrubbing surfaces, and disposing of trash
- Supporting chefs with basic prep tasks as needed
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and hygienic work environment
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 months of prior experience in a similar kitchen or food prep role
- Comfortable working mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to handle physically demanding work, including standing for long periods
- Someone reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
