THE JOB:

As a Sportsbook Clerk, you will assist guests with placing wagers on horse racing and sporting events from around the globe. You will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and top-notch service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Engage and acknowledge all guests in a friendly and outgoing manner
• Manage cash transactions, including handling cash, making change, and reconciling cash bank for assigned shift
• Assist customers in placing bets and navigating the various betting options
• Verify winning tickets and distribute payouts accurately
• Provide a high level of service when interacting with guests using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to obtain a Massachusetts Gaming License
